To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dublin Current and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the extent that Dublin Current is found liable for any claim, our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid to Dublin Current in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
